This interesting bitter has no secrets. We find these bitters to pair very well with tequila, but we also suggest them in marinades, pan sousces, soups, stocks, or anywhere concentrated celery flavor is desired. Adds a crisp, subtly spicy celery note to any cocktail or dish. All you will taste with these bitters is fresh celery stalks with a subtle hint of black pepper. Fantastic in cocktails with tequila, rum, gin, or vodka. Just a dash or two adds lots of fresh celery character. Great for fresh, concentrated celery flavor where a celery stalk is not desired.
